  • Bowling is a great source of exercise and is similar to walking with free weights. When you bowl 3 games it's similar to walking 6/10 of a mile!
  • It helps in burning calories and works muscle groups not usually exercised. You work 134 muscles when you bowl and when you bowl 3 games it's equal to swinging a total of 864 pounds.
  • The flexing and stretching in bowling works tendons, joints, and muscles in the arms and promotes weight loss.
  • Bowling is one of the only sports that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter their age.
  • Bowling is a great way to spend time with your kids and grandkids.
